- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our friendly customer care representatives will reach out (using your preferred communication method) to schedule a free inspection and estimate. Next, one of our experts will meet with you at your convenience, listen to your concerns, thoroughly inspect the inside and outside of your home, recommend a solution to permanently fix the issues, answer your questions, and provide a written estimate and drawings.
