About
Homeowners hire Insulation Commandos of Grand Rapids because we focus on solving the root problem—not just adding more insulation.
Most homes in West Michigan lose energy through air leaks in the attic, rim joists, and penetrations, which causes drafts, cold rooms, and high energy bills. Our approach combines air sealing and insulation so the solution actually works.
When you work with us, you get:
• A detailed inspection of your attic or crawl space
• Clear photos and explanation of what we find
• Honest recommendations (not upselling unnecessary work)
• Professional installation done to current building code standards
Our goal is simple: make your home more comfortable, more efficient, and done right the first time.
We proudly serve homeowners across Grand Rapids and West Michigan.

Eric and Mike were wonderful! We didn’t end up needing their services, we have other than insulation issues, but they still took the time to help us search for a solution. I appreciated the honesty and professionalism they offered. When I do have insulation needs in the future, they’re the only ones I’m calling!
