Insisted on trying to bull doze their way out to our home, despite us clearly telling them upfront that we do NOT have the time to waste scheduling a day and time for them to come out to our home, only to try to rip us off by trying to charge us hundreds and hundreds of dollars, just to rehang a broken shelving unit.
