After explaining my issue with Mitch, we agreed upon $60 to fix an underground dripping pipe leak, but the overall experience was incredibly disappointing. I specifically hoped Mitch would come out so I could also get his expert advice on other irrigation issues. Instead, a technician was sent in his place. This technician was very dismissive, showed absolutely no interest in answering basic questions, and simply pushed the pipe back together in a matter of seconds without using any tape, glue, or materials to properly secure it. After paying the bill, I called Mitch to complain. He promised he would stop by to check on the repair and see what else needed to be done, but he completely ignored my follow-up messages. I would not recommend their service.

I am very pleased with my experience! Mitchell is incredibly helpful, his worker is very friendly. I have a very large garden with lots of perennials and roses that take a lot of water, and Im so looking forward to sitting and enjoying my garden rather than watering them constantly! My flowers will thrive now that theyre getting the water they need.

Mitchell and crew did a fantastic job adding 4 new heads to a 28 year old irrigation system. In addition they plugged where not needed and fixed leaks at the nozzle - all at a very reasonable cost. Very knowledgeable when troubleshooting. I highly recommend.
