- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm below most in my pricing to garner more business my way, but my work is on level with most higher quoting contractors in this field. Thereby, I offer greater discounting for the same competitive high level service i provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the customer to find out what service & frequency they need said service(s) determining if they need one or a combination of services and I quote accordingly so there is no misunderstanding on any customers service need nor quotes. Keeping communication clear and concise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been cutting grass professionally for a bit over a decade now. I'm still learning some new techniques & methods to provide a much better quality service experience to both my customers and my business as well! I watch a lot of self help Youtube videos also.
