- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work at an average rate of $25/hr. Simple, fast designs can take 3-8 hours and detailed designs or large orders and take upwards of 20-40 hrs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a conversation about their design needs and try to get a general idea of what they are looking for. I like to make sure that it feels like a good fit and that I can provide the type of service they are looking for. I also like to stay in contact throughout the design process to make sure my customers are happy each step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in illustration and 6 years of graphic design experience
