- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard fee per square foot as every situation is very different based on the material where mold/odors are located, size of affected area, and ease of access to that area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Schedule a FREE inspection for homeowners or those in a home sale situation, usually within 1-2 days. 2) Performing a thorough inspection of the infected areas and/or areas of concern, and not only identifying the areas of concer, but also finding the source of the problem. Findings are shared verbally in person. 3) Inspector will provide a written recap of what was observed in 1-2 business days, as well as a plan of taking care of the issue, and the source of the issue. An exact cost will be given on that proposal. 4) If we are hired, job can be scheduled within the next week, and in some cases, can be performed the same week. Payment and signature on proposal are due the day of service. 5) We foam our product onto surfaces to kill mold and it's roots, and fog the entire home to decontaminate anything that is floating in the air. It typically takes 4-6 hours for the job, and you may return to your home 4-6 hours after that. This allows the product time to settle and kill the airborne mold spores and bacteria causing the odor.

Certified as a Professional Mold Remediation Specialist plus an extensive background in construction and 12 years worth of successful mold & odor removal experience.
