Big Mike and his crew showed up on Sunday, a day after booking on Thumbtack to assist with a house clean-out. These were bigger and bulk items that needed a "crew" to handle. What impressed me is the solid 2-way communication with Big Mike on approach to get the items out of the house successfully.
