Introduction: Our studio is located in Midtown Grand Rapids on Michigan St. Close to both the College St and Fuller exits. Our sessions are $50 each and are sold in packages of 8 for $400 or 12 for $600. This will cover you for one month of training! We are here for YOU. Our gym is 100% focused on your success, specifically tailored to YOUR goals. When you look good, we look good, that's how we roll. We aren't like other gyms with cynical sign-ups and fees, who try to charge you JUST the right amount where you won't regret not coming in, but also won't cancel your membership. That's NOT who we are. We believe in pushing you to the limit to reach your potential, using our custom, individually tailored workouts and nutrition guidelines that will get you the results you are looking for. Nothing gives us more pride than seeing our peeps get their perfect body, so if you give us a chance to help you, we are going to make it happen. Upon hiring a PT, Melissa showed me different ways to get the reason that I wanted. Her exercise routine was great and result does show. I would recommend anybody for her. Great personality, great coach.

I’ve been training only about a month with Melissa and have already noticed a difference in my strength and muscle growth. She keeps the workouts tailored to your specific needs and gives a variety throughout your sessions! She pushes you to do your best, even when you think you can’t do it anymore! She also helps you with a meal plan if you are looking for help with your diet as well. Melissa is very kind, helpful, and encouraging, I will definitely be continuing my fitness journey with her at All Attributes Fitness!

I’ve been working one on one with Melissa (and Kevin) for about a month and I absolutely love training with them. Their advanced fitness knowledge allows for them to come up with excellent tailored routines challenging to me and my body. What I enjoy most is the variety of workouts. Being somewhat experienced in gym, they’ve given me new tips, tricks, and exercises to help me reach my goals and switch up my style. They’re also very response and pretty flexible with my crazy work schedule. So glad I found them!

I started working out with Melissa in January. The progress is so far beyond what I imagined I signed up for another 12 sessions. I was weak, tired and unmotivated. I now look forward to my sessions days before. Melissa did an exceptional job of giving me only what I can handle and pushing me when she knew I could give more. She carefully considers the injuries I struggle with and has alternative plans for working the same muscles if something causes those injuries pain. I leave feeling like I got a little beat up. It feels amazing! Results: I am down two sizes. I am sleeping like a rock. I feel educated and empowered to work out on my own. My diet has fallen in line with the energy I now feel. The gym is a well equipped and comfortable. No Gym intimidation here. Lot's of sincere encouragement. *Bonus I have never done the same routine twice. It's always mixed up allowing me to learn new things and more difficult exercises.
