- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting them off slow. Helping them gain confidence no matter their skill level.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After training a number of high school students helping them become scholarship athletes over years. I was approached by a coach that suggested that I try out being a professional trainer.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common job would be instilling confidence in my clients to take on the challenges that arise whether mental or physical. Also making their body strong: core; balance; and cardiovascular.
