Every project begins with a free, no-obligation inspection and written estimate so you know exactly what to expect. We price each job based on roof size, materials, and project complexity—never with hidden fees. We also offer seasonal promotions, senior and military discounts, and bundle savings for customers completing multiple services at once (such as roof + gutter replacement). Any additional work that may be required—like wood decking repair—is always discussed and approved by you before we proceed. Our goal is to provide fair, competitive pricing while delivering high-quality workmanship you can rely on.

At our roofing company, we follow a clear, customer-focused process to ensure every project is smooth, transparent, and high-quality: Initial Contact & Consultation We start by discussing your needs—whether it’s a repair, full replacement, inspection, or maintenance. We’ll answer questions, gather details, and schedule an on-site visit at a time that works for you. On-Site Inspection A trained roofing specialist visits your property to conduct a thorough inspection. We assess the condition of your roof, identify any issues, and take photos so you can clearly see what we see. Detailed Proposal & Estimate Based on the inspection, we provide a clear, written estimate outlining recommended work, materials, timelines, and pricing. We explain everything in plain language so you can make an informed decision. Project Planning & Scheduling Once you approve the proposal, we help you select materials and finalize the work schedule. We coordinate permitting if required and make sure you know what to expect before the project begins. Roofing Work Our crew arrives on time, protects your property, and completes the work according to industry best practices and manufacturer standards. We keep you informed throughout the process. Final Inspection & Cleanup After the job is done, we conduct a final inspection to ensure everything meets our quality standards. We perform a full cleanup of the site, including magnetically sweeping for nails. Follow-Up & Warranty Support We review the completed work with you, answer any remaining questions, and provide warranty information. Our team remains available for ongoing support long after the project is finished.

Our employees are all trained in numerous products from sales to installation and have become certified and experts in every product we work with. We have two licensed builders on staff and have a general contractor's license that allows to perform more than just cosmetic work.
