I am soo happy with Harlow! The entire process from quote to job complete was not only easy and seamless but also all repairs were completed for an excellent price within the best, even more impressive timeframe. I am prepping my home for sale and now my roof isn’t something I need to worry about at closing. Brandon and everyone at Harlow was professional and very responsive. Harlow Roofing replaced the roof on our house. I highly recommend owner Brandon Ensley and his company, Harlow Roofing. First, his presentation to me and his bid were direct, complete, and extremely professional. It wasn’t a sales job, but an education in roofing in general and Harlow Roofing specifically. Second, he was responsive and communicative when I had questions. Third, his crew was amazing. They arrived very early, worked their tails off, and finished in a day. They were friendly, unfailingly pleasant to deal with and did an amazing job cleaning up before they left. Finally, Brandon’s price was extremely reasonable. All told, I would hire him again in a flash to do additional work on my house.

The roof was a two layer tear off on a 1900 house. A tough job. Brandon is very knowledgeable and helped pick colors and materials for job. The crew was very punctual and stayed with job to get it done in quoted time frame.

Harlow Roofing & Exteriors was the right choice! Our roof was in need of repair, and once we spoke to Brandon we knew that Harlow would take good care of the job. From coordinating the dumpster to getting the right shingles, Brandon helped out with every step of the process. Even when things didn’t go exactly as planned, Brandon was patient and professional. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we make first contact with new customers we schedule a free estimate to come out and look at the work that needs to be done our process when we get there usually takes about 30-60 mins depending on how many questions and how detailed the project is that the home owner has. We than provide the customer with a detailed quote on the spot.
