A sump pump failure led to our basement flooding. We contacted RAM Restoration and they quickly assessed the situation and developed a recovery plan. Within a couple of hours, the RAM Restoration crew was onsite executing the plan. This included extracting the water, moving furniture, pulling carpet, discarding saturated padding, drying the basement floor, applying anti-microbial agent to eradicate potential mold growth, and used air mover axial fans to salvage the carpet.The entire RAM Restoration staff are professionals who know their trade. They provided us with a peace of mind during an extremely stressful event and Im very pleased with the end result. I highly recommend RAM Restorations services.

We had a pipe burst in our bathroom and it caused water damage in the bathroom and on the main level living room and dining room. RAM Restoration responded within 20 minutes of calling and started the dry out. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. We would recommend RAM Restoration to everyone. They even knew the insurance claim process as one of their employees is a former adjuster, so they were able to assist with that without any problem. 10/10 experience with RAM Restoration!

We had a pipe freeze and burst in our basment, caused water damage throughout our basement. We called Ram and they were on top of it within 30mins of the pipe bursting. They even assisted with plumber reccomendation for the repair. Would highly reccommend RAM to anyone! Great job crew.

We had a pipe burst in our finished basement and made quite a mess. After a call to RAM, AJ had a crew out to the house in a short amount of time. These guys worked late that first day to get all the wet stuff out so the drying process could start. These guys busted their butts! Very happy with the job they did along will the great communication along the way! Thanks guys!
