James was quick to respond to my issue. He was able to schedule an appointment to come to my house within 72 hours of the request. He was running late due to an accident on the highway, but he kept me updated so as to assure me he was still on his way. He did a thorough walk-around to inspect all of the gutters and then cleaned them out well. Very nice guy and does good work!
