FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For jobs under $5,000 we ask for a 50% down-payment and 50% upon completion/job-acceptance. For jobs higher than $5000, we ask for 25% down, 50% for trim-phase, and the remaining 25% upon completion/job-acceptance. If you are a previous customer, we are willing to work with you for a payment plan that might better suit your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Free consultation/discovery meeting. 2. Receive your estimate via email. 3. Discuss any concerns or changes via email or a phone call. 4. Receive your invoice/estimate and pay your down payment. 5. Schedule the job. 5a. For new construction/remodels there are 5 main installation stages; pre-wire, trim, installation, final implementation and training. 5b. For smaller jobs that will take 1-2 days the scheduling is obviously less intensive. 6. After the final implementation and training, you will pay the remaining balance and will have the option to sign up for any service agreements. 7. If you liked us and we exceeded your expectations, please leave us a review! Roughly 90% of our work is referral based, so if you know anyone building a new house and wants whole-home audio, or if you have a friend with a business that needs security cameras or a new network, give us a call!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, the owner, started as an electrical apprentice and telecommunications technician. I moved up the ranks quickly, becoming a lead tech, project manager, and sales manager. I've worked in multi-million dollar homes, prisons, schools, hospitals, top-secret government facilities, airports, you name it. I've designed half-million dollar systems for corporations, and I've hung TV's for small art-galleries. No job is too big, no job is too small.
