- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am currently waiving travel feels! Normally, I charge a mileage reimbursement ($0.70 per mile driven over a 200-mile round trip). I require a 50% deposit upon signing your contract to reserve your date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the major moments of the day you would like captured to give you an honest estimate of how many hours of coverage you need. Often, I'm able to get you photos in less time to keep you within budget. I do recommend a phone call with me to answer questions quickly. Afterwards, I send you an estimate and contract to look over, and once you accept and sign those, I provide you your deposit invoice.
