FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, as an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner we are required to pass the Disney College of Knowledge. I have my graduation ears proudly on display as well as the diplomas from all the College of Knowledge courses I have completed. I have completed the new Disney Destinations Genius training, which is continued education about Disney Destinations and keeps us up to date on changes and additions so we're always sure you're getting the best price and package for your family
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My policy is I'll help you as much or as little as you like. Some people want basic assistance with their Disney vacations and prefer making their own dining reservations, etc. It's your vacation and if that's what you love that's perfectly fine with me! Other folks like more assistance and want to make the most of their trip with dining suggestions, assistance with dining reservations, touring plans, magical experiences, etc. I'm more than happy to share my expertise for any level of assistance you need. I'm here to make your vacation experience perfect no matter how much or how little work that requires from me. I provide personalized, customized steno bound itineraries for each of my clients. I can help families with special needs, large groups traveling together, wedding parties, extended families traveling together, etc. I understand family dynamics and having taken many trips with extended family, so I can even recommend how to avoid those tense moments from too much "togetherness". Anything you need is what i'm here for, i'm not going to step on anyone's toes when it comes to vacation planning, it's YOUR vacation but i'm here for as much or as little as you need.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone you are comfortable with, that will take your needs seriously. A travel agent should be planning YOUR dream vacation, not forcing you to embrace THEIR dream vacation! Don't be lured in by "too good to be true" booking incentives. Large companies use these to get business and you are promptly forgotten about when become a booking number. Great service is a far better value than any incentive could ever offer.
