He went above & beyond. I needed TV mounted. He informed me that the studs were not correct to accommodate the purchased swivel mount. He ordered the correct one and brought it when he returned. (it was much less expensive). Arnett also installed an outlet so no wires are seen. He was prompt, courteous and professional. I'll call him before I call anyone else in the future.
