- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We need to be able to see the property and have you show us the size or amount of what it is we are talking about, no tricks, over the internet, and phone can be tremendously different then in person, we will beat or match any quote!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will treat them fairly and answer any questions they may have and we have many discount programs available even for someone hiring a contractor for the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed the 60hr pre licensure class for the state of Michigan to become a residential builder just awaiting to take the test now
