Pretty great customer service but the prices are too expensive. I was quoted 2000$ if they provided the materials to finish the project in the attached photos. Then I was quoted 1000$ for just labor because I told them I had my own materials which is ridiculous because anyone that knows how to use the Home Depot app can see how much the price of thing s are and I’m sure the materials won’t even be over 100$.
I would not recommend these guys because they are looking to take a lot of money for small projects when you can go go somewhere else with quality and be able to cover other projects.

I regret contacting Cathedral Drywall to come do my drywall at my house. The people who can over were unprofessional and borderline disrespectful.
They showed up on time at first but the gentleman and his lady friend really didn’t introduce themselves. They acted a bit unfriendly.
They get started working and then disappear for a couple of hours and return with a whole crew of people who barely spoke English. I wasn’t informed of their departure and didn’t know if they were going to return or not, but when they did return there were strangers in my house who did not introduce themselves.
The work was getting done but one guy took it upon himself to lounge on his back on my front porch (this guy ends up being the worst one of them all).
After the drywall work is complete, I was told that they would need to come back the following day to sand it down after everything dries. I was fine with that.
The next day came and went without them showing back up. No one called or attempted to reach out about. I didn’t know when they were going to return but they ended up returning two days later unannounced, which a Sunday morning.
By this time, I was quite annoyed and just wanted the job to get done so I can stop dealing with these guys. I let the guy in (the same guy who was lounging on his back on my porch) and that is when I went from annoyed to downright irate.
First off, this guy took forever to sand the drywall. He tried to leave my house messy and did not clean up after himself. He didn’t have cleaning supplies and wanted to use what I had in my house. He rung his dirty towels in my kitchen sink and threw his trash in my dumpster that was already filled to the brim.
Please proceed with caution with these guys. Matter of fact, do not use them at all. There are plenty of guys in the area who do nice work who will treat you and your home with respect. I will do my due diligence to get Cathedral Drywall removed from Thumbtack.
I wouldn’t wish bad treatment and service to anyone who is paying for a project to be done with their own hard earned money.
