I worked with Cherrard to produce a promotional video and also to film an entire concert. For both projects Cherrard was excellent to work with as he was always prompt, listened closely to the needs we had and did his very best to deliver those needs. He delivered a quality product and we were very pleased based on the initial expectations set. Much success to you Cherrard in your business!

I have a review for you guy but it's not good. First I really don't know you personally but from what I see just based off your actions you have no morals and your a disrespectful boy no man would do the things you did to my family. Business wise my wedding was September 26 , 2014 and today is January 21, 2015 just about 4 months and I still haven't got my pictures I wouldn't recommend this guy to do a birthday party don't know why you thought you would get a good review and you 4 months behind on picture your a rookie. To the people that's thinking about hiring him don't he get a seriously F rating from me

Unfortunately you feel this way but the individual I was hired by to do the video which you have received and the pictures which were not to my satisfaction when I received them knew the time frame and the work process before she signed the contract. She has no problem with the work performed based on the review she wrote.

Working with Cherrard was the best decision I made! I talked with so many different photographers who seemed to be unprofessional. Cherrard was the MOST professional and not only the most professional but also well educated . He assured me that I was in good hands and again, I was! I have a create your own package philosophy that truly embraces giving each client a unique experience. They choose from an a la carte list and decide what they want as oppose to me telling them what they get.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I meet with the client to develop a good rapport with them. Ask them for some background information as well as share mine with them. I make sure we iron out all the pertinent details concerning the event in order to meet or exceed expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly working to improve by studying the work of others and keeping in contact with those I know that are in the same field also.I always read up on the latest technology and techniques.
