- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I do have a standard pricing system. $50 for the first hour unless we make an appointment for something that will take much longer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give the initial call with a new customer with a discount. Most of the time the repair isn't as bad as the client thinks and the price of repair is less than original quote. They love that.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was a child my parents purchased an abandoned home. Along with my grandfather we rebuilt the inside of the house one room at a time. Ever since then I've been doing this work because I love it.
