- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For general notary work I charge $10 per signature I provide on the document. There is also a fee schedule for travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask questions about the document that needs the Notarization or witness. If witnesses are needed I will ask if client will provide or if I will. I also check for clues to ensure that the signer is legally able to sign the documents that will be presented. I am only able to notarize in the State of MI. I am not licensed nor commissioned in the state of Indiana.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years in the mortgage industry. I am a background and certified Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent by the National Notary Association, where I have proudly been selected to serve as an ambassador for 2 years. I have also been appointed as an Ambassador for the loan Signing System. I also train notaries across the country notary basics.
