Worth every penny but was reasonably priced. Jake & John were right on time, professional & friendly. They were very considerate about asking us where we’d like things placed & also about protecting our new floors as well as our belongings. We highly recommend A-Plus moving & will call again first if ever needed.

This company was professional, kind, and fast. They charged hourly but they worked so fast it only took 3 hours to move things from my condo and from a storage unit to my new house. They were so cool and nice. Also one of my mirrors broke and they were so nice about replacing it and even contacted me so I wouldn't forget to make sure I was happy. I will only use them for moving in the future!!!! I have used some of the top companies in ann arbor and they by far surpassed all of them!!!

Exceeded all of our expectations. Very professional, motivated, and so easy to work with. They showed up early and got started right away. They were so fast and efficient, we couldn’t believe it. Everything they did was done with extreme care. They moved all of our furniture and even built our table and bed for us. If we ever need anything moved we will be calling A Plus Movers again!

It was easy getting out of the old apartment. We had to walk a long long way to get into the new apartment. Both of the movers were awesome. I don't know how we could have done it without them. Very reasonable price and I completely recommend them! Great job

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally we just do an hourly rate for moving services. For a truck and 2 guys, it is anywhere from $100-120/hour depending on the type of items being moved. That hourly rate includes all gas costs as well.
Depending on project size, we will give flat rate quotes which cannot change unless additional services are provided.
We do have a 2 hour work minimum
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, a phone call between the customer and APlus Moving takes place first, then we drive out to your home or business to see what kind of project you are looking to do. We either give you a quote on the spot or later that same day via email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our drivers are required to have CDL's (Commercial Driver's License) in order to drive the trucks and trailers. We have all the proper insurance requirements by the state of Michigan and are licensed through Michigan Movers Association
