Introduction: We teach Rod Stryker's ParaYoga, prenatal yoga, and beginning yoga. We offer college night discounts, "Yoga for Your Budget" weekend classes on donation, private sessions and self-transformation coaching.
We have 200-hour RYT teacher training.
We conduct classes 7 days a week, workshops and special events. Karina Mirsky, MA, ERYT, is a nationally celebrated director.
