They did more than I expected. Cleaned things I couldn't get clean for months. Price very reasonable. Very polite and professional.

I had a very good experience with Perry. They responded quickly to my request and answered my questions about additional areas to clean promptly.

They also showed up early the day of my cleaning and worked efficiently. Since I scheduled a move out clean they were at my place for a while. They did a great job cleaning thoroughly too.

I would recommend them for a move in or move out clean!

Details: 2 bedrooms • 1 bathroom • Less than 1,000 sq ft • Move out cleaning • Fridge cleaning • Interior window cleaning • No, I don't have a cat or dog • Just once

I hired Perry Maid Service to clean an apartment prior to a tenant moving in and the results are excellent! I'm very satisfied and will definitely hire them again.
