Introduction: (from Ricki) My favorite part of my job is helping families. I love doing a walk through with couples who are just starting families and are overwhelmed with the new responsibilities. Having a new member of the family, either 2 or 4 legs, brings on a lot of stress and after just the first cleaning you can see a huge weight lifted off their shoulders. The smiles make it all worth the hard work. (from Kurt) My favorite part of our job is watching clients go from being stressed out to being happy. Usually by the time someone contacts us they have been miserable for some time. We tend to work for a lot of families with babies or teenagers and neither of which help around the house much and make the biggest messes. When Mom walks in and says "I don't know what we would do without you" it makes everything I do worth it.

Ricki cleaned and organized the main area of my basement, which I called "The Abyss." She is efficient and professional, very careful with handling personal/fragile items. Also, she has four children and several pets, yet her home is immaculate and smells great. That says as much about her and Kurt's work ethic as does the kind of job they do when getting paid!

We've had KRS cleaning our home for 8 months now. They come every two weeks and we couldn't be happier with the service. Not only does our house look great afterwards but they are also extremely friendly to us and treat our pets like their own. Lastly, it's not very often that you can find people that you would trust to be in your home when you're not there but anytime we've had to leave before they arrive or while they're still cleaning I never think twice about it. They are a trustworthy and great cleaning service. I would highly recommend them!
