Don called and texted me to keep me updated on his arrival time. He showed up on time and completed the installation of a activated charcoal filter.
He left the installation close let cleaner than when he arrived and did a clean job of installation. He charged me exactly what he estimated.

Extremely professional and went above and beyond. Originally came over to give a quote on fixing a water leak in my basement. The leak was actually coming from my iron center/water softener, not where we originally expected. After inspecting the area, he offered to test our water and get us quotes on a new system. He doesn't sell them but would be able to install. He also walked me through fixing the rotten egg smell we've been getting with our hot water.
To top it all off, my kitchen faucet broke a few days before our appointment, I had already bought a new one and asked him if he'd be able to install it for me at the appointment. Without hesitation he did, and he did a great job and cleaned up any mess when he was done!
In the end, he was reliable, professional, friendly, affordable and is going above and beyond to help us. We will definitely be using Heritage Plumbing again in the future. Thank you!!

Missed appointment. We would have appreciated an earlier phone call. However, Don came the following night and completed the installation of a bathroom sink/vanity. He did a good job and was professional. We would hire him again for plumbing needs.
