Introduction: I'm a computer repair technician with over 10 years of experience. I like fixing computers on my spare time. I have a great deal of experience setting up networks, upgrading desktops, installing programs, troubleshooting computers and peripherals as well as cleaning viruses/spyware. I work as an IT service desk analyst, and I also do IT consulting work for another company. I'm bilingual and have over five years of experience in customer service and retail.
