- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most services start around $50.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After learning what the issue is I can recommend what should be done. Once you have decided we can discuss how to get the computer to me and then, depending on the work, a couple days the work will be done and returned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates in Computer Support and Repair. I have also been working in as IT support for the last 6 years. Since getting my degree in '12 I have done side work of fixing and repairing computers. I have multiple certifications from CompTia and Microsoft.
