Becky is sincerely honest and extremely skilled. After spilling coffee on my MacBook Pro and taking it to a few so-called computer repair shops I was told that my logic board was ruined, amongst other things. I was also told that if I want to have it fixed, it would be very expensive so it wouldn't have been worth it for me. THEN, one day as a last resort, I decided to do a search on-line regarding my problem and came across Becky. Long story short, she knows her computers! The first time we spoke she simply asked me a few questions, at which point she informed me that she didn't think the problem was with my logic board at all. It was at this point that I knew Becky was honest, extremely skilled, and not to mention, affordable, so I decided to use her. She also kept me informed on my laptop's progress and maintained open communication. I highly recommend her!

Would highly recommend!!-Diagnosed and fixed my laptop at a very reasonable rate. Did great work! Very helpful and accommodating, even offered me a loaner while my laptop was being repaired!

This gal knows her stuff!
When I first met with her...I brought with me my very badly damaged laptop. On my laptop were the only existing pictures of my newest grandson's birth. My only concern (that day) was just to see if Becky could possibly retrieve any or all of the pictures from my wiped out laptop.
She took my laptop home and REPAIRED it! I couldn't believe she was able to fix it! And THEN...when we met again...she handed me ALL the pictures of my grandbaby's birth safely on a jump/flash drive. I don't even know how to explain what her tender care to retrieve every one of those pictures meant to me.
I recently purchased a Mac Book from her. I absolutely love it. She patiently answered all my questions regarding how to use my Mac Book. Plus...she stands behind her work. I won't buy from anyone else. And her prices? I'm not even kidding...they can't be beat.
I'm very glad I saw her ad....and very glad I called!

Becky did really great for an amazing price! replaced my hard drive in a few days a delivered my PC back and it worked great! It especially helped being as though I'm away at school and time is scarce for me. I would definitely, recommend her and hire again in the future.
