We got married in Ann Arbor and had such a great experience with our photographer and videographer. They were super easy to work with, really friendly, and made us feel comfortable from the beginning.On the wedding day, they showed up on time, stayed relaxed, and didnt make anything feel forced. They helped us when we needed it but also let us just enjoy the day.When we got the photos and video back, we realized they caught so many parts of the day that we wouldnt have caught ourselves. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a mileage reimbursement ($0.70 per mile driven over a 150-mile round trip).
I require a 50% deposit upon signing your contract to reserve your date.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to discuss the major moments of the day you would like captured to give you an honest estimate of how many hours of coverage you need. Often, we're able to get you photos in less time to keep you within budget. we do recommend a phone call to answer questions quickly. Afterwards, we send you an estimate and contract to look over, and once you accept and sign those, we provide you your deposit invoice.
