- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by the project, not the hour. However, our minimum job starts at $175. Our pricing is competitive with other companies that offer similar services and qualifications. We are licensed, background checked, and insured.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond to all customer inquiries through your preferred contact method: phone call, text, or email. In order to help us provide a more accurate estimate for your project, we ask that you send us pictures, measurements (if known), and if you would like us to purchase the materials for you. In many cases an estimate can be provided over the phone/virtually, however, if the project is more complex, there is uncertainty, or you are unable to send photos for review, we will schedule an on-site consultation to review your project(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is fully versed in handling a myriad of handyman and small renovation projects.
