- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are priced competitively but not CHEAP. If you are looking for value for money that is us. If you are looking at nicle and diming your contractor we are not your choice contractor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get on a call to see if our services fit your requirements. If we are we will make a visit to you to give you a free consultation and estimate. If the estimate meets your demand we go into a contract agreement and start the process of planning your works, get you designs and selecting materials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this for over 10 years and counting. I have build concrete houses before and my largest project is a 100 room boutique hotel. So i have experience in running multiple small sized projects.
