- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and based on the size and condition of the space. I offer bundle deals and discounts for repeat customers or referrals. No hidden fees, no surprise charges. I’ll always be upfront about costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I offer a quick consultation by phone or message to understand the space and your expectations. Then I provide a quote, schedule your service, and show up on time with all my own tools and supplies. After the job is done, I walk through the space with you (or send photos) to make sure you’re 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m OSHA-30 certified, trained in BLS CPR/First Aid, and I’ve completed a licensed EMT program, which has given me a strong background in sanitation and environmental safety and emergency response.
