A: Our pricing is transparent and competitive, based on square footage, prep work, and the type of materials used. We offer inexpensive/free estimates and seasonal discounts when available. We nerve charge hidden fees—everything is discussed upfront. For larger projects, we may offer payment plans or milestone-based payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A: Initial Call or Site Visit – We listen to your goals, inspect the space, and gather details. Written Estimate – You’ll receive a clear proposal with pricing, timelines, and scope. Scheduling – Once approved, we lock in a start date and walk you through the prep process. Execution – We complete the work professionally and keep communication open throughout. Final Walkthrough – We ensure you're 100% satisfied before wrapping up the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A: As a licensed builder, I’ve completed all required state certifications, including building code, safety, and construction law courses. I’ve also undergone hands-on apprenticeship training and ongoing continuing education to stay current with building standards, energy codes, and new materials. Beyond the license, I’ve spent years on job sites mastering structural framing, finish carpentry, project management, and compliance with local inspection requirements. This combination of formal education and real-world experience ensures each project is done right, safely, and to code.
