- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 15% discount to all veterans, active military, police officers and EMT's. I offer a 15% discount to all repeat customers, and pay $100 cash for all referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will gladly give an estimate to any prospective customer free of charge. An estimate will consist of discussing the brand, color, sheen, and cost of the product(s) that will be used, inspecting the condition and/or any damage to the surfaces in need of painting/repair, and may include taking measurements. Once the scope of work has been covered in its entirety, a prospective customer will receive a quote for all costs associated with my services. Once a quote is given, if a customer chooses to proceed, we will coordinate the timing of the completion of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years experience as an apprentice with a residential and commercial painter.
