- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on measurements not guesswork, so you know you're getting an accurate price. I do run discounts through the year for different types of work, sent through my email list.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My primary goal is to find out what's most important to you during the process. Painting itself is not very challenging, so we focus on paying special attention to your preferences and needs while we work together. The stages a customer can expect to go through are the estimate/assessment, quote submittal, approval, detail finalization, scheduling, check-in's before and during the project, closing walkthrough, and final payment. I do not spam you after the work is complete, but I will touch base a couple of times to make sure you're happy with everything.

12 years of experience in residential, commercial, interior, exterior, cabinets, etc.
