Introduction: I help you build good habits and tools to make becoming healthier easier with small steps that lead to your main goals. we do worksheets and try out exercises to help develop a better understanding with health and nutrition. My main focus is strength, performance and weight training, but I also help with weight lose but his will not be my main focus. I have a few different options to choose from: Semi- Private All- Women Small Group: Fit & Fierce Barbella's; I help busy, professional women aged 25-45 become stronger, leaner, and free of age-related aches within 3 to 6 months, without sacrificing their work-life balance or navigating confusing diet plans. It's a semi-private group training program that's laser-focused on helping you build lean muscle, trim down body fat, and reduce work or lifestyle-related aches and pains—all within the comfort of an intimate private studio setting. Here's how we make it happen: Pillar #1: Customized Workout Plans: We start by assessing your current fitness level and creating a personalized workout regimen that's uniquely yours. This isn't just about lifting weights; it's about lifting weights in a way that serves your body's specific needs. Pillar #2: Real-Time Coaching: You won't be going at it alone. Your program includes semi-private group training sessions in our intimate private studio. That means personalized attention in a welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable pushing your boundaries. Pillar #3: Flexible Nutrition Habits: Get daily nutrition tips and habit-building tasks directly through our app. Choose from a range of habits like eating more veggies, balancing your meals, or even managing portion sizes. Pillar #4: Accountability & Support: Got questions? Need motivation? Your subscription includes 2-way messaging support from me, plus access to a community of like-minded women on our exclusive in app community support. What You Get: • Customized In-Gym Programming: Designed for your specific fitness level, from beginners to intermediate lifters. • 5-Day-a-Week Nutrition & Workout Education: Accessible from your phone. • 24-48 Hour Coach Support: Got questions? Get answers within a day via our app. • In-App Progress Tracking: Stay accountable with bi-weekly reminders for body measurement, weight, and picture updates. In- person: This is where we do a personalized in person session a few days a week. We work on developing fundamentals and taking you through each phase of lifting. Working with whatever level you are at; we will develop your skills. This session is 60 minutes of custom programming based on a wellness evaluation that you would do before we start working together. This ensures we know what areas of strength, flexibility, and mobility need to be addressed inside the program while we are building strength and endurance. I have been working with Christina for about three months now and it has been nothing short of amazing. She has me moving better, I am less winded, and I am noticeably stronger. I am a fat-bodied woman and consistency with workouts has always been a issue with me because many personal trainers fail to account for our size and past traumas with physical fitness. Christina works me hard, I am challenged to move in ways I never have before. But she also doesn't kill me, overtaxing me so I give up on my personal health journey. That is a fine line and she walks it beautifully. I would recommend Christina highly. She is warm, enthusiastic and works with people of all shapes and sizes. She is also just plain awesome and a person with a good heart who respects her clients and enjoys what she does.

Working with Christine has been amazing! I have had great success because of Christine's knowledge and training. I have gained mobility and stability, as well as increasing muscle mass. She has also helped me adapt a healthier diet.

I have been training with Be You Fitness for several months now. Christine is incredibly knowledgeable about health and fitness. She's able to create programming that's individually suited to your strengths and weaknesses including past injuries.
