Tom has been outstanding from start to finish. Even before bidding, he was organized, communicative, thorough. Once the project began, he continued to exceed expectations, not just during installation but also in his follow-ups afterward. He scheduled everything meticulously, yet remained incredibly flexible as cabinet delivery dates shifted and we dealt with damaged pieces requiring exchanges. What started as a simple installation of new island and pantry ended up becoming a bigger transformation. Tom painted existing cabinets to perfectly match new KraftMaid ones, and the results were exceptional, several family members and friends have commented on how professional the finish looks. He also installed cabinet hardware, added under-cabinet lighting, resized a base cabinet to fit our new gas stove, ran wider exhaust pipe for kitchen hood, replaced microwave and kitchen faucet, and installed beautiful crown molding that completed our kitchen makeover. Our kitchen looks brand new thanks to his craftsmanship, precision, attention to detail. His father helped by adding closed mail shelves in three bedrooms and assisting with swapping refrigerators between kitchen and basement. Tom is multi-talented and truly hard working, so I highly recommend booking him early. I would absolutely recommend him for any home improvement project, his work, reliability, dedication are top-notch.
