Hired on Thumbtack

I received a message very soon after I contacted them. We agreed that Robert would call me Friday at noon to arrange a time that afternoon for him to come fix the problem. I never heard from him. I called twice that afternoon; never got a response. I called this morning; still nothing. Their voice message says an electrician will call me within a few minutes. Very disappointed.
