- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Designing a website can take time and can involve some expenses (domain, plugins etc..), so customer should know that the job has to be paid before the job starts, and for refunds it is only refunded partially only at first stages when no expenses have been made. There is no 100% refund since I started working which means I’ve consumed my time in the project. Refunds can only be done at 100% only if the website hasn’t been started. If the website has been completed and delivered there is no refund, expenses made in the website and workforce isn’t refundable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to setup a call so we can discuss every angle of the project and we can ask each other as much questions as we want to understand each other completely and start the job in perfect accordance.
