Home Inspection
Phil was professional, detail oriented and patient in answering all questions we had through the inspection process. Punctual, prepared and presenting us with the reports in just couple of hours after the inspection, he definitely put our minds at ease. Report included all the findings and photos. Definitely recommend Phil for home inspection.

Home Inspection
We were very happy with our inspection with Phil. He did an extremely thorough job and did not make us feel rushed or like anything wasn't important to look into. He seems to truly enjoy his work and enjoys the process of discovering all the secrets a house and his many years of experience gave us confidence that we didn't miss or misunderstand anything about the condition of all aspects of our home.
