Mold Inspection and Removal
He is thorough, professional, and communicates completely. He helped us evaluate the consequences of a drier vent failure behind a wall. It can be a mess, and it is good to have someone so helpful reviewing it with you.Nov 5, 2019Verified

Thank you for being so kind.
Phil is a knowledgeable inspector. He knows what he is talking about. He was a little bit late, and took a little longer than anticipated (much of it from unnecessary and sometimes inappropriate conversation) which is why I didn't give him 5 stars.Feb 13, 2020Verified
