Crisis Restoration repaired our ceiling which had both a leak and a crack from winter storm damage. Al (project lead) was wonderful at helping pinpoint the issues needing repair to give us several options with regards to the scope of the work and associated costs! Leland was excellent and managed the progress of the repairs each day on site and communicated with me to schedule follow-up visits for the next steps. Keith did a wonderful job with the ceiling drywall installation and color/texture match painting after. My wife was very happy with the final result!Everyone that I spoke to or interacted with at Crisis Restoration was super respectful and professional, and I felt that our home was in the best hands with the CR team. I felt like any questions or concerns that I had about the process and progress were helpful and considerate. I hope that we don't have another major emergency anytime soon, but I will certainly reach back out in the future if we need additional repairs. Thank you so much, Crisis Restoration!
