Jen the Plumber. Trolling NextDoor and sick of half-baked handymen, I decided to use Jen and her sidekick, Mike . I was not disappointed. Description, pictures, quotes, and done. I really put them to the test in my 87 year old house. Ran them through the whole gambit of copper, galvanized steel, busted pipe fitting, snaking, replacing an outdoor faucet, and even had them back to replace washers and fix a 20 year old wobbly, not properly installed, toilet. The ingenuity, craftsmanship, professionalism, speed, accuracy to quoted price, and courtesy can not be topped. I wanted to support a woman owned business, and she did not disappoint. It should go without saying, but they even cleaned up after their work (sad to report that many do not!). Best referral is having them come back for more work. I am already planning job number 3. Thanks, Jen the Plumber!

Im a contractor but per my lease agreement I cant touch anything in the houseso my landlord called out Jensnot only did the misdiagnosis the problem, but they left us a family of 5(with a pregnant wife whom just wanted a bath) without any water whatsoeverwe had full cold water pressure in that particular bathroom but minimal hotcould still accomplish the goal of bathing the children and beautiful pregnant wifeshe stripped out the set screw and left us with zero water in that bathroomI had to do the work myself which cost $18.59 to repair myself with the knowledge of knowing how to drill out a stripped set screwshame on you, hire better techs, oh yeah$18.59 vs $386.you guys are absolutely horrific and I only hope this helps other people from getting taken advantage of by unknowable companies who take advantage of people

We are not responsible for the condition of the galvanized pipes lol. Sorry you are not happy with your rental. We also were there to install parts the landlord wanted to provide. We can not install what is not there. Your landlord wants you out and now I see why. We did not strip your screw lol...we said it was stripped and you need a new handle. We are a rather 'knowable' company as we are local and have been for decades. Sorry we didn't live up to your expectations. However your review is not accurate. This is why you are being evicted and the home owner doesn't want to deal with you. Hope you have better luck with your future.

Highly recommend Jens Plumbing! Very pleased with their service. Water heater was not heating. Call Jen in the morning and she Mike were able to come out that same day. They troubleshooted issues expertly and thoroughly but in the end it was not repairable. But . . . Jen had the foresight to call the manufacturer and found that it was still under warranty (WH was there when I moved in). She coordinated with the company and the place of purchase to initiate a replacement water heater under the warranty. They picked up the new one and took back the broken one. Long story short, I had hot water the same day the old one broke. They really went the extra mile and I appreciate their terrific service.

We had Jen out to to hook up everything under our kitchen sink following some remodeling. She found that the company that did the demo cut the supply line to the dishwasher. It's a metric size supply line that needed a special fitting. Jen spent so much time on the phone trying to find somewhere to get the special fitting. She finally found it and our kitchen is up and running in time for Thanksgiving! She went above and beyond to take care of us. She will be the first person we call for any future plumbing issues and we will be referring her to all our friends and family. She was here both visits exactly on time, returned texts promptly, is very fair and did a fantastic job for us!
