This is a great group of people. Stacy was so helpful and explained everything (like talking to a friend). I live in the woods and I was unsure whether my flea issue could even be resolved. After the first treatment diddnt completely resolve the issue they came back and treated again, free of charge. Jason was very thorough and did everything he could to make sure the problem was taken care of. I even got a follow up call a couple days later to see how things were. My parents have used this company as well for bees and were completely satisfied. Would definitely recommend to others.

We use BTR for our personal home and rental properties. The girls in the office are always professional and polite and very timely! The staff they send out is always on time, provided a time frame for arrival and text before they are on their way! 10/10 highly recommend for all your pest needs!

Super satisfied customer! I had yellow jackets in my house. Called B.T.R Pest Control and they came out to my house that same day. Customer service was a very pleasant experience. The woman gave me an hour window, not 4-6 hours like most companies AND they showed up right on time. I was extremely impressed with Jason! His professionalism and knowledge was like none other. I loved that he had a sense humor. It was fun to banter back and forth with him. Jason seemed so proud to have found the issue and took great pride in solving my problem. I will be recommending B.T.R Pest Control to everyone and anyone and will tell them to ask for Jason! Thank you for making an unpleasant situation a pleasant experience. All thanks to Jason!
