Jeramie was fast, fair, professional, and clearly knows his stuff. Another company quoted me $3,000 just to get my fireplace working again. Jeramie came out, rearranged the logs, and had it running perfectly in about 5 minutes. Zero headaches and my fireplace is working like new.He patiently answered every question I had and gave me a clear, honest quote for the repairs and upgrades I need. Chimney Cricket recently restored our bluestone walkway, and we were very pleased with the work and the entire experience.Our walkway is about 20 years old, and the grout had cracked or come loose in so many places that it was really looking pretty bad. We had used Chimney Cricket years ago for tuckpointing our chimneys, installing dampers, and putting in a gas log fireplace set. We were happy with their work then, so we decided to call them about the walkway. We were glad to find out they also do bluestone restoration.The finished result looks great and has made a real difference. The walkway looks almost brand new.I don't write reviews very often, but I felt they deserved one. The quality of the work was excellent, and their staff was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. It's nice to find a company you've used before and be just as pleased with them years later.I would definitely recommend Chimney Cricket!Tim Dunn

Crew is always very polite and clean up was great. Chimney Cricket installed my insert in my 1946 home and did a great job. I will be using them every year to clean my flue.
