- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will give you my general price but I will work with you to your price. I understand peoples money situations and willing to work with everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I would like to come to the home and do an on site estimate and then work from there. It is a a lot easier to be on site to give an estimate than over the phone. Once I am at the house I will let customers know my prices and what I charge. We will then go from there.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Just know sometimes we only get one or two projects a month and that’s all we make. So sometimes the price might seem high but I take pride in my work and make things to perfection and don’t take too many jobs at once so I can focus on the one Im working on so I don’t get overwhelmed. Some people don’t know that certain things take longer and are more tedious and that’s why we charge what we do. However I am still willing to work out prices and negotiate with you and your budget.
