We moved out to a rural area near Howell, MI. When we moved in August 2020, the only option was satellite internet. It was not only SLOW and EXPENSIVE it was completely unreliable! We called KD-CONNECT to see if anything could be done. At their advice we bought t-mobile internet which uses different technology. KD-Connect installed it 10 days ago, and we could not be happier! So fast, cheaper and unlimited data. They not only connected the WiFi, they also connected 4 fire sticks, 2 phones, Alexa , an i-pad and synced our garage door openers! They were her for just over an hour. They disconnected the old provider, walked me through everything they did and made sure we understood the product. The best money I have spent in a long time! This was a great company to work with! I needed my old thermostat replaced with a Nest I had gotten, and they did a great job! Fast and courteous. The man who came out also helped me with a fire stick issue Ive been having, and helped connect my Alexa to my Ring doorbell.

Wow! So happy I heard about KD-Connect! The service technician was professional, respectful and so smart! He set up my Nest thermostat and installed security cameras I purchased off Amazon for my home. He showed me how to download the appropriate apps for both systems and I never felt intimidated or nervous having him help me set up my technology. I would definitely recommend KD-Connect for anyone who wants to use more technology in their life but are intimated about setting it up and getting it going. I plan on buying an Alexa soon and will definitely be using KD-Connect to help me get it set up.

My wife & I had KD-Connect install our Nest thermostat. They made it easy - on time, professional, and best of all, I didn't have to do anything! Can now control the thermostat from our phone and the learning feature of the Nest is great, it programs itself! Would highly recommend KD-Connect!
