We had our 1 year sump pump system inspection performed today and the service technician, Austin West did an excellent job. I had the opportunity to ask a few questions about the operation of our sump system and the battery backup, and Austin provided all the answers I was looking for. Additionally, he performed an inspection on the health of our foundation, and took several readings for dampness and humidity in the basement area, providing additional peace of mind.
